FILM FOR ALL

WE MAKE FILMS

How we got here

Ciné Schools was a happy accident. Founded off the back of a Commercials Producer turned teacher who wondered why no-one offered Primary School children the chance to make full scale films. Our children perform on stage, they read aloud, they write incredibly creative stories, play instruments, sing and play using epic imaginations. Why aren't they making films, why aren't they given the tools to collate ALL of their incredible talents? We use film to act as a platform for these talents. We had our first Film Camp in 2020 in response to the Covid epidemic.

WE WELCOME ALL

There are no bad ideas

At Ciné Schools, our mission is to create a safe, communal space for all kinds of artists - the shy ones, the curious ones, the hyper ones, the risk takers, the defiant ones, the impatient ones. Our educators have seen it all. Our heritage in pastoral care makes our clubs and camps life time memories with tangible results that last forever, all of our students return.

WE SEE AMAZING

Confidence. Teamwork. Opportunity.

Ciné Schools was born out of a desire to support all Primary School students in the UK to make films, that’s exactly what we’ve been doing. Our community of schools has grown to include local students from state, free and private education. We help sculpt and mould them into the creative, confident individuals they are today. We’re so proud of the community we’ve created and love watching our artists blossom.
